Adults

Sometimes life takes a different turn than you expected.

Perhaps you feel stuck. At home, at work, in a relationship, or within yourself. Maybe you notice that you keep running into the same patterns. Or perhaps you simply have a feeling that something needs to change, without knowing exactly what.
You long for more calm, more balance, more confidence, and a life that feels true to who you really are.
You do not have to reach breaking point before asking for support. Nor do you need a diagnosis or a label.
Sometimes the feeling that life could be different is reason enough to ask for help.

During our coaching sessions, my dogs and I explore together with you what is happening in your life right now. We do not only look at the challenge you bring, but at you as a whole person.
Who are you? What gives you energy? What drains your energy? Which patterns keep returning?
And what do you need to reconnect with yourself?

Drawing on my experience, I support adults with a wide range of personal challenges, including:

  • stress and sensory overload
  • ADHD, ADD, or autism (ASD)
  • high sensitivity
  • insecurity or low self-esteem
  • grief and loss
  • childlessness not by choice
  • burnout or the risk of burnout
  • career or life-related questions
  • making important life choices
  • finding more calm and balance
  • rediscovering direction in life

Every coaching session is different, because every person is unique.

One thing always remains the same: we step into nature together. We walk, work alongside the dogs, and use exercises that are tailored to your personal situation. Nature invites you to slow down, the dogs gently bring you back to the present moment, and the exercises help you not only to think, but above all to feel and experience.
It is this unique combination that allows insights to move beyond your mind and truly reach your heart.
My dogs do not have to perform or do anything special. They are simply allowed to be themselves. And because they are completely themselves, they respond naturally and without judgement to whatever is happening in the moment. Their behaviour often offers valuable insights into what is happening beneath the surface.

My role is to observe with care and attention. I look not only at you, but also at the interaction between you, the dogs, and your surroundings. Together, we explore what becomes visible and translate those experiences into your everyday life. Not by giving you answers, but by helping you rediscover your own.
I believe that every person has the strength to keep growing. Sometimes, all you need is someone to walk alongside you for a while.
Someone who listens without judgement, asks the right questions, and helps you reconnect with yourself.

Give yourself that space. Not because there is something wrong with you, but because you are worthy of caring for yourself.
Are you longing for more calm, more direction, or a deeper connection with yourself? Please feel free to get in touch. Together, we will explore which form of guidance best suits your personal needs.

From a place of calm.
From a place of trust.
From a place of love.
