✨My story

✨My story

About six years ago, I found myself standing at a crossroads in my life.

I realised that I no longer wanted to continue living the way I had been. Not because my life was bad, but because deep inside I knew there had to be something more. More peace. More love. A life led from my heart.
The only question was… how?

I began searching for answers. Not for what others expected of me, but for what truly made me happy. What gave me energy? Where did I find peace? How could I not only take care of others, but also learn to take care of myself?

Throughout that journey, my dogs brought me back to the essentials every single day. They didn’t live in yesterday or tomorrow, but fully in the present moment. They showed me the beauty of simplicity, the healing power of nature and the importance of slowing down, listening to myself and truly being present.

One day, I typed the words “dogs” and “education” into Google. That was how I discovered the training programme in Dog-Assisted Coaching. From the very first moment, I knew: this is where everything comes together. My love for dogs, my desire to guide people towards greater peace, confidence and happiness, and my belief that everyone, despite whatever life may bring, is capable of creating their most beautiful life.

At the same time, the books and philosophy of Michael Pilarczyk inspired me to live more and more from my heart. His vision of consciously creating your most beautiful life resonated deeply with my own belief: that no matter what life places on your path, there is always an opportunity to reconnect with yourself and with what truly matters to you.

During my training, I wrote my thesis entitled Back to Basics, focusing on the theme of childlessness not by choice.

This subject is deeply personal to me as well.

I know what it feels like when a deep longing remains unfulfilled. I live with the loss of a dream of becoming a mother. That loss is something I carry with me. Sometimes it is visible, but more often it is quiet. Not as something that holds me back, but as something that has taught me to look at myself and others with greater gentleness, love and compassion.

Because of this, I understand how important it is to truly feel seen. Not to be told how you should feel, but to be given the space to simply be. With everything that is there. Sadness and joy. Silence and growth. Letting go and learning to embrace what life brings.

More than four years ago, my partner and I moved to Spain. A dream that slowly became reality.

Here, surrounded by mountains, olive trees and silence, it feels as though everything has fallen into place. We lovingly care for our olive grove and fruit trees, live as much as possible in harmony with nature, enjoy the harvest from our own land and spend every day outdoors together with our dogs.

To me, this is what returning to the basics means.
Not because life here is perfect, but because it reflects who I truly am.

Today, I am living my most beautiful life. Not because everything turned out the way I once imagined, but because I discovered that your most beautiful life doesn’t simply happen. It grows from the choices you make every single day. The choice to stay true to yourself. To live from love instead of fear. To trust your own path, even when it unfolds differently than you expected.

That is what I wish for you too.

I believe that each of us walks our own unique path through life. Sometimes that path takes an unexpected direction. Yet it is often in those moments that we discover who we truly are, what really matters to us and how we want to shape our own most beautiful life.

My dogs and I would be honoured to walk alongside you for part of that journey.

With peace.
With love.
With trust.

So that you, too, may experience what it feels like to come home to yourself.
